End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Grant of License
This software (Wiener) is licensed under the following conditions:
- Standalone version: The purchasing organization or individual may use it for development and operation of one (1) specified title. It is 1 license per title, with no limit on the number of users
- Unity Asset version: The purchasing user may use it within Unity Editor only (1 license per user)
- Free Trial: May be used for evaluation purposes only, up to 100,000 cells
2. Restrictions
The following actions are prohibited:
- Transferring, reselling, or lending the license to third parties
- Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the software
- Redistributing or reselling the software as a standalone product
- Use exceeding the licensed quantity
3. Intellectual Property
All copyright and intellectual property rights in this software belong to the developer. This license grants a right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
This software is provided "as is." The developer makes no express or implied warranties regarding fitness for a particular purpose or merchantability.
5. Limitation of Liability
The developer shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this software (including data loss, business interruption, etc.), except where such limitation is prohibited by law.
6. Copyright Notice
You are not required to include a copyright notice in products using this software (though voluntary attribution is welcome).
7. Termination
This license terminates automatically upon violation of any restriction listed above.
